A free scan from the Vol. 1 Old city pack, it has 4 different formats from high poly to optimized lowpoly and it comes with a .blend file and a FBX+textures.

The 'Optimized' pieces have been retopologized so they have better UVs and topology so it's easier to add FXs on top or mix other materials with hand painting. The optimized_2k version has been decimated and has ngons, that is to make it as lightweight as possible, you can always unsubdivide the optimized_4k version
